About the New Hampshire Butterfly Monitoring Network

The New Hampshire Butterfly Monitoring Network (NHBMN) is a collaborative, statewide effort that engages volunteers in counting and identifying butterflies using modified Pollard Walks, NABA count circles, and opportunistic sightings. The network is led by New Hampshire Fish and Game and UNH Cooperative Extension, in collaboration with local education centers, land trusts, and conservation partners.
